RydeLow user app for iPhone and iPad

Rydelow is a free Auto-Rickshaw booking app that allows you to book a ride from anywhere at any time without an extra fairs or fees.

Instead of going out and hailing an auto on the street, Rydelow offers users a convenient way to book a rides from their mobile phones at any time!

Rideylow users can chose how they wish to pay for their ride, we accept cash or card!

Our users safety is our top priority. All Rydelow drivers are verified to make sure that you are in safe hands. Once a ride is booked, the app records driver info, ride start time, and provides to users the most efficient route to their destination that their driver will take.

While using Rydelow, you can share your live route & location with your friends or family for a piece of mind.

Before you book, you can check the estimate travel time and see the fair price. Rydelow will never charge you for using this app, and your price will never go up once a ride starts.

How to Request / Book Auto in Rydelow:

After you install the Rydelow app, registration is simple and quick!

Once you are registered, simply type your destination to request a ride. If you are happy with the travel time and price you can book your ride by selecting “Ride Now”. This will send a request to our drivers, once the app pairs you with a driver you will be sent their driver info, your pickup location, and their driver ratings and review by customers like you!

If you choose to accept the driver, they will show up within 5 minutes!


Types of services Available in Rydelow: Sharing Auto, Engage Auto

Sharing Auto: Fares are based on local town Auto shared charges, we recommend this type of Auto request if you are one person traveling to standard destinations such as the train station, bus stand, or any major junctions.

There may be other person in the auto based on the route and time.

Engaged Auto: Fares are based on local town current charges. We recommend this type of Auto booking if you are travelling with your family or you would like to ride alone!

No one will be picked up while you ride with Engaged Auto and you will have the ride for yourself. Please not this type of ride is only for 1-4 people maximum.


How to Pay:

Once your ride is finished, you may pay the driver in cash! What you see on your Rydelow app is what you are charged! Fees will never increase once your ride is booked and there are no hidden charges!


Rate your Driver:

Ratings allow us to ensure a great experience for both riders and drivers. We take ratings very seriously; Drivers with low ratings may lose access to the Rydelow App. So if you liked your driver please remember to provide them a good rating once your ride is over!
